We understand that circumstances change and you may want to return your order and apply for a refund – we’ve made sure that this process is as simple as it can be. These terms do not affect your statutory rights.
- We allow 28 days after receipt of your order to return it to us for any reason. In the first instance please email email@example.com and let us know of your intention to return your purchase.
- The product that you return must be in ‘as new’ condition including all packaging. We’ll refund you minus any postage costs (£5) once the item has been received back by us.
- When you return an item we cannot be responsible for any items that get lost in the post. For this reason we would recommend that you use a service such as Royal Mail First Class Recorded Delivery which ensures that the item is both tracked and signed for. This service also offers you a level of insurance, should for any reason the item not reach us.
- It is your responsibility to ensure the instructions are followed and the kit registered as requested. We are not liable for any delays or discrepancies due to this process not being followed. This will result in no refund being given.
- We are not liable for any disruption in our service that is down to samples being lost or delayed in transit. If samples do not arrive with us we are more than happy to discuss a replacement or partial refund.
- If for any reason you have a need to return an item that is not in “as new” condition then we may return the item to you, or only offer a partial refund.
- We do not offer part refunds on samples not used, unless agreed prior to purchase.
Cancelling your order
You can cancel your order at anytime, please see guidelines below
- If your order is placed before 15:00 and cancelled before the 15:00 cut off time on the same day there will be no charge.
- Orders placed on the day and cancelled after the 15:00 cut off time on will be treated as a refund. You must return your package to us before a refund will be given, minus postage/admin costs. (£5) If your package is refused no refund will be given on postage.
- Orders placed after the 15:00 cut off time will have until 15:00 the next working day to cancel before charges apply.
